Tachalo is a WordPress-based website designed and developed by me, aimed at introducing a review platform to rural areas in third-world countries, starting with El Salvador and potentially expanding across Central America. The project addresses a significant gap identified through research, where there is a demand for a Yelp-like interface tailored to local needs. Tachalo combines the functionality of Yelp with the aesthetic appeal of TripAdvisor, integrating advertisements as part of its revenue strategy. The website is scheduled for release in late 2025.<\/p>\n
